600 Righter’s Ferry Road is a proposed seven level multi-unit /multi-family residence building in Lower Merion Township, PA.

O’Neill Properties procured the services of TBS to review 90% Construction Documents, Drawings and Specifications as produced & designed by Niles Bolton Architects.

TBS reviewed the drawings for all building envelope system components such as below grade waterproofing; wall systems with exterior insulation & finish systems (EIFS), cementitious siding, and brick masonry cladding including windows, weather resistive barriers, air & vapor barriers, flashing etc. and roofing.
