Located on the campus of Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, Bunce Hall was constructed in 1922. The building is a three-story structure comprised of a single story of stone at the base with two stories of brick above.
TBS was engaged to provide the professional services required to perform a condition assessment of the existing building envelope including the exterior brick, stone, and gutter/downspout system and provide preliminary recommendations on the necessary repairs for the exterior envelope components.
In addition TBS was engaged by Rowan University to assess the conditions at the building low-slope roof systems and provide design and documentation, bidding, and construction contract administration phase services for the roof replacement project to address the ongoing water infiltration.
