Carpenter Sports Building Addition & Renovation

The Carpenter Sports Building’s new brick three-story state-of-the-art addition was designed to harmoniously blend in with the scale and character of the existing historic campus structures. The addition will serve as a new main entrance to the original 1970 building.

The new recreation center will include fitness facilities, aquatics, gymnasia, multi-purpose rooms, indoor track, offices, locker rooms, and other ancillary elements.

TBS Services was engaged by Nason Construction as Building Envelope Consultants for the addition and renovations.

TBS provided peer review of the construction documents, as well as construction observation quality assurance, for the exterior building enclosure systems throughout the construction of this project.
