Delaware Stadium is a 22,000-seat multi-purpose stadium for the University of Delaware. The stadium configuration has concrete grandstands on the east and west sides, with the press box on the top of the west grandstand, and permanent metal bleachers on the north and south end zones. TBS was engaged to survey the existing conditions of the stands and provide a report outlining our findings and recommendations on necessary remedial work. TBS then documented the necessary exterior repairs, which included repairs to the concrete masonry units and concrete landings at the ramps, removal of all the existing sealant, additions to the new slip resistant coating system, and the installation of the panels at the upper section of the stands
